The heating elements, either gas or electric, are extremely powerful and responsive. This means not only fast preheat times, which have the oven ready as soon as you need it; but also, that the oven returns to its preset temperature very quickly. The obvious benefit to fast preheat times is that food spends more time at the required temperature, thus leading to more consistent results for your operation. Meanwhile, high-performance dehumidification ensures crispy crusts and even browning, regardless of the load quantity. Whether baking, roasting, or steaming, every dish is cooked to perfection with consistency chefs can rely on.
Chef’sCombi has something no other premium combi has: an actual humidity sensor to accurately measure the humidity down to the percentage point. Other combis use a system of educated guesses and algorithms to produce their humidity levels, but not the Chef’sCombi. By accurately measuring the real humidity level in the combi, we ensure the best possible cooking results – without guesswork. Chef’sCombi incorporates an intelligent approach to cooking with CombiGuide, an innovative feature that simplifies the cooking process for any skill level. It basically generates a recipe for you! Operators just answer a few quick questions to set their desired outcome, and CombiGuide will generate the ideal cooking settings to produce high-quality results.
The CombiGuide offers more than 150 recipes which can be used exactly as they’re written. We’ve covered a wide variety of foods in the recipes, from meat and fish to side dishes and desserts. There’s almost nothing that can’t be cooked using CombiGuide or the pre-installed recipes. Whether a seasoned chef or a new team member, anyone can achieve consistent, professional results without lengthy training. It’s all the assistance you need at the touch of your fingertips.
: Efficiency for High-Volume Kitchens
In high-volume kitchens, juggling multiple dishes at once is essential, and our MenuMix technology makes it easier than ever. This smart system allows chefs to load various foods, set the cooking time, and let Chef’sCombi notify them once it’s cooked.
MenuMix also provides useful information on which foods pair well through MenuMix Plus, which pulls its information from the 160 preprogrammed recipes that come with Chef’sCombi. For example, you can cook all the elements of a breakfast service either for a buffet, grab-and-go operation, or breakfast rush at a restaurant simultaneously. You can also programmed your own recipes for consistent results, and it can be run by one staff member instead of several on different stations. With this, the Chef’sCombi guarantees everything comes out just like you envisioned, at the right time, and with consistency every time.
Another important feature of MenuMix is the ability to target a time for all the products to finish cooking simultaneously. Imagine a scenario where a lunch buffet must be out exactly at 11:30 am. MenuMix will allow you to target 11:25 and then tell you when to add the different items so they will all be finished at the same time. That really makes planning for service easier!

The Chef’sCombi will recommend the appropriate cleaning program to use, and that program gives the user options which can further save money on cleaning and resource costs.
